Outfit of the Month: March 2020

What a weird month March has been. Our library closed on the 18th until further notice, and everything about the way I work has changed. Including my wardrobe. But y’all really don’t want to see the mess I’ve actually been wearing while working. There’s not much exciting about a wrinkled old t-shirt and pj bottoms.

I have been trying, at least every couple of days, to put on normal clothes to help me feel more human. This month’s outfit was one of those days.

It had been rainy for a couple of days, which was really not helping my already weird mood, so I decided to channel some anime, kawaii cuteness and make the most of a rainy day to help pull myself out of my funk.

My book pick this month is one that’s been on my to-read list for a while because of its Studio Ghibli aesthetic. I was lucky enough to nab our copy before we closed down and am looking forward to having some time to tear through a few graphic novels.

*Disclaimer: My bangs are barely holding on right now. They will not look this good for April’s post, so I apologize in advance.
